Hoff's Plant-based Butter
Yields: about 1 cupdairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free, gluten-free
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen Cauliflower (steamed)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened plain Almond Milk
- 1 tsp. Psyllium Husk Powder
- 1 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- pinch of Turmeric (for color, not flavor)
- Combine Almond Milk & Apple Cider Vinegar in high speed blender, allow to curdle into Buttermilk (key to getting Butter flavor)
- Add remaining ingredients & blend until smooth
- Place in airtight container in fridge for 1-2 weeks
