Serve with Hummus.</span></p><p>Meanwhile lightly steam Cauliflower in the microwave for 2-10 minutes, timing depends on the size, until tender. Finish by roasting in the oven at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Add about an inch of Water to the baking dish prior to steaming.</p><p>Make the Cheese Sauce.</p><p>That's it!
