Chocolate Chickpea Pudding
Yields: 2 1/2 cups
dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free, gluten-free
Ingredients:
- 15 oz can Chickpeas (rinsed & drained)
- 1 cup Plant-based Milk or Water
- 1/2 cup Cacao
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Almond Butter Powder
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Powder
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
Directions:
- Dump ingredients into high-speed blender in this order: dry ingredients in first, liquid in last
- Blend until smooth
- Place Pudding in fridge until chilled at least a hour
