Hoff's Sushi Bowl

Hoff's Sushi Bowl

Yields: 3 servings
meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, gluten-free



Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Jasmine Rice
  • 2 cups Water
  • 7 oz firm Tofu (cubed)
    • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
    • 1 tbsp Braggs
  • 1 Carrot (shredded)
  • 1 Cucumber (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup frozen Shelled Edamame
  • Sesame Seeds or Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
  • Braggs to taste

Directions:
  1. Marinate Tofu in Braggs & Maple Syrup for at least 15 minutes or overnight
  2. Stir Rice & Water in Instant Pot & cook on Manual for 3 minutes, Natural Release
  3. Meanwhile, Airfryer Tofu at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
  4. At the same defrost the Edamame in bowl of hot water
  5. Assemble bowls
  6. Season with Braggs, finish with Sesame Seeds
