Hoff's Sushi Bowl
Yields: 3 servings
meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, gluten-free
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups Jasmine Rice
- 2 cups Water
- 7 oz firm Tofu (cubed)
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Braggs
- 1 Carrot (shredded)
- 1 Cucumber (shredded)
- 1/2 cup frozen Shelled Edamame
- Sesame Seeds or Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
- Braggs to taste
Directions:
- Marinate Tofu in Braggs & Maple Syrup for at least 15 minutes or overnight
- Stir Rice & Water in Instant Pot & cook on Manual for 3 minutes, Natural Release
- Meanwhile, Airfryer Tofu at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
- At the same defrost the Edamame in bowl of hot water
- Assemble bowls
- Season with Braggs, finish with Sesame Seeds
