Ingredients:
- 16 oz. Whole Wheat Pasta
- 2 cups plain Almond Milk
- 1 cup Cashews
- 1 15oz. can Diced Potatoes (rinsed & drained)
- Juice from 1/2 Lemon
- 1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast
- 2 tbsp. Mustard
- 2 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
Directions:
- Cook Pasta until al dente according to box directions
- Meanwhile, in a Vitamix, blend together remaining ingredients until creamy
- Mix together Pasta & "Cheese" Sauce
