Black Bean Smoothie
Serves: 1dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free, gluten-free
Ingredients:
- 1 can Black Beans (rinsed & drained)
- 2 cups Almond Milk
- 1 cup frozen Strawberries, Cherries or Mixed Berries
- 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
- 1 tbsp Almond Powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp Maple
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- Pinch of Salt
Directions:
- Blend everything together using a high speed blender; 1 minute
- Consume immediately
Hoff Thoughts: This is meant to be a meal replacement as it comes in over 500 calories with Almond Powder & under without. Best served ice cold, add ice cubes if needed.
