Harvest Cookies

Harvest Cookies
Yields: about 16 cookies
dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free, gluten-free


Ingredients:
  • 3 mashed Bananas (ripe)
  • 1/3 cup canned Pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 2 cups Whole Oats
  • 1 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin Spice
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a medium bowl mix together first three ingredients (wet ingredients)
  3. Then mix in remaining ingredients
  4. Spoon batter onto parchment lined baking sheet
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes
