Tonight's dinner consisted of a two pot meal.

Main Contender: Mini Whole Wheat Gnocchi (cooks in about 2 minutes!) paired with a jar of Light Ragu Original Spaghetti Sauce (oil-free) that was seasoned with 3 cloves minced Garlic, Kelp (or Sea Salt) and Italian Seasoning.  To the sauce I also added one shredded zucchini and one cup of Lima Beans.

Side Helper: Toasted Sourdough with Garlic Hummus.
