Today Charlotte Gerson turns 91 years old!
Charlotte is the daughter of Max Gerson and the founder of the Gerson Institute.
The Gerson Institute delivers whole body healing for a number of chronic degenerative illnesses through the use of the Gerson Therapy, "a natural treatment that activates the body’s extraordinary ability to heal itself through an organic, vegetarian diet, raw juices, coffee enemas and natural supplements."
