Simple "Healthier" Cookies

Simple "Healthier" Cookies
Yields: 12ish Cookies
dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free, gluten-free
 

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 cup Apple Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/3 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
  • 1/3 cup Raisins
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

Directions:
  1. Blend Oats, Baking Powder & Salt in a high speed blender until finely ground
  2. Pour dry ingredients to a mixing container and stir in Maple Syrup, Apple Sauce, Chocolate Chips & Raisins
  3. Add a little Water if mixture is too dry & won't come together
  4. Scoop batter onto parchment lined cookie sheets or silicon mat
  5. Flatten each mound of dough
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
  7. Remove from cookie sheet and allow to cool

 Hoff Thoughts: Use Almond Flour instead, for a more decadent cookie.
