- 2 tbsp. Mirin
- 2 tbsp. Tamari or Braggs
- 1 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp. Vegan Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Fruit Preserve
- 1 tbsp. Maple Syrup or Honey
- Combine all ingredients in a small jar or bowl & either shake or whisk to combine
- Pour over desired food and heat through
