Event: But I’m not a Vegetarian Cooking Class

This vegetarian/vegan cooking class will be instructed by Chef Robin Blair of Cooking with C.A.R.E. In a small group setting, you will work with the freshest, in-season ingredients available all of which are everyday foods you are familiar with! You will prepare an entire meal & then eat it! You will be able to ask questions about anything food related. This is sure to be fun and exciting, so be sure to bring a friend or two!

Menu:

• Hearty Lentil Soup
• Caramelized Onion and Spinach Lasagna (served with a vegan option)
• Balsamic Asparagus

When: Tuesday, April 24, 2012 – 6:30 – 8:30pm
            Saturday, April 28, 2012 – 1:00 – 3:30pm
