  1. Looks like another winner-- can't wait to try it. Thanks for posting these great, oil-free, plant based IP recipes -- very helpful as I continue getting used to using my Instant Pot :-)

  3. Will there be a problem if refined sugar is used?

    1. I have brown jasmine rice, and the lightly sweet almond milk. Close to everything, but not quite as listed. Do you think it will still work?

    2. Nope, you can substitute any sweetener you like.

    3. Sweetened Almond Milk is fine, you may want to reduce the sugar a bit. Since you're using brown jasmine rice, I would increase the cooking time to 22 minutes.

  4. If I want to double the recipe, is it as simple as doubling the liquids?
Made this for our Grinch dinner (who-pudding) and it was a hit! Used half brown, half white rice & coconut milk.
Would like to make again for Christmas for more people.

  6. I love it - Who Pudding! I've never tried doubling it, but sounds logical that simply doubling the ingredients will get you the results you're after. But, I would natural release all the way instead of just for 10 minutes - not sure how long that takes, a few minutes more.
