Yields: 2 cups
meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, gluten-free
Ingredients:
- 12 oz. Silken Tofu
- 1 Red Pepper (rough chopped)
- 1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast
- 2 tbsp. Honey Mustard
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a Vitamix
- Blend for 6 minutes
- Serve
Hoff Thoughts: If using a standard blender, blend until smooth & then heat sauce separately. Use this sauce as a veggie topping - baked potato, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.
What about using a yellow pepper to keep the colour nice?
